My path to this work began long before Bump to Baby Nutrition existed. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2001 and worked as a nurse until my first child was born in 2010. Becoming a mother changed everything — including the way I saw health, healing, and the power of the female body.
As my passion for nutrition and root-cause wellness grew, I trained through the Nutritional Therapy Association and became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) in 2016. Since then, I’ve completed multiple advanced functional testing programs through Restorative Wellness Solutions, allowing me to dig deeper into the gut-hormone health connection that is so crucial for fertility.
Most recently, I became certified through the Institute of Prenatal Nutrition, founded by renowned prenatal expert and registered dietitian Lily Nichols. This training deepened my understanding of how to support women nutritionally through preconception and pregnancy using the most current, evidence-based approaches — combined with time-honored ancestral principles.
Today, I bring all of that experience together to help women reconnect with their bodies, understand their health, and feel fully supported on their journey to motherhood.
