I created the Bump to Baby Collective for women who want more than a quick fix — women who want to feel deeply connected to their bodies through every phase of life.
After years of working one-on-one with women through hormone imbalances, fertility challenges, pregnancy, and postpartum healing, I saw the same need come up again and again:

As someone who has personally walked through infertility, hormone healing, and the process of rebuilding trust with my body, I understand how vulnerable — and powerful — this work truly is. My approach is rooted in ancestral wisdom, functional nutrition, and the belief that your body is not broken — it’s communicating.

This membership is designed for women who have already completed one-on-one work with me and want continued education, support, and community. But it's also for women who haven't worked 1-1 with me but want a broad place to start and explore what they can learn from me and the women in the group.

This collective is designed to fit into real life. You can engage with the resources, calls, and programs at your own pace.
Yes — all detoxes are designed with women’s hormones in mind and focus on gentle, supportive approaches rather than extreme protocols.
Yes, monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. Quarterly and yearly plans are committed for the duration of the term.
